1. Accepting & Declining the Terms & Conditions

    By accessing and using this Website/Mobile App, as well as our services, you are bound by these terms. We encourage you to carefully review these terms before engaging with our Website/Mobile App and services. In instances where a third party has made a booking for you, your ongoing use of our services signifies your consent to these Terms and Conditions.

     

    Should you reject these Terms and Conditions, we request you to not avail our Services.

    If a booking has been made on your behalf, you retain the option to cancel said booking. Failure to do so will result in these Terms and Conditions becoming fully enforceable upon you.

    2. This site

      Luggs2Go, along with its parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries (referred to both individually and collectively as “we”, “our”, or “us”), operates the website/App www.luggs2go.com (hereafter referred to as the “Website/App”). The purpose of the Website/app is to disseminate information about our organization, as well as the array of products and services we offer. It also serves as a platform for our customers to initiate and monitor their orders with us. Within the context of the Website/App, “you” and “your” refer to any individual/entity who engages with the Website/App by viewing, accessing, using, or gathering information from it, or by observing the Website’s incoming and outgoing traffic

       

      3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

        In accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, Luggs2Go will facilitate and oversee luggage and sports equipment shipping services. Luggs2Go reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, terminate, or withhold any booking if, in the judgment of Luggs2Go, it does not adhere to the terms of this agreement, is undeliverable, is unsuitable for shipment, may be easily damaged, pertains to a non-serviceable address, and/or may contain potentially hazardous, regulated, or illegal items.

         

        Luggs2Go will exert all commercially reasonable efforts to handle all requisite customer service operations and logistical arrangements, including coordination and supervision of contracted shipping and transportation firms, provided that the Customer furnishes timely and accurate information regarding the shipment when available.

         

        The Customer acknowledges that Luggs2Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the services without prior notice, in which case Luggs2Go shall not be held liable to the Customer or any third party. Furthermore, the Customer understands that Luggs2Go engages one or more third-party shipping companies for the transportation of luggage and sports equipment and agrees that the services are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by these third-party shipping companies contracted by Luggs2Go for transportation, including but not limited to any transportation agreements, applicable tariffs, other rules or procedures, or terms and conditions delineated on such companies' websites.

         

         

        4. Usage & Restrictions

         

        The Luggs2Go website/app is exclusively intended for use by current and potential customers to engage with us and may not be accessed or utilized by any other individual or organization, or for any alternate purposes. Specifically, all features including tracking, rating, invoice retrieval, payment via electronic funds transfer, selection of drop-off locations, package identification and preparation, duty and tax estimation, and other related services are designated solely for the use of Luggs2Go's current and potential customers for their personal orders. Unless otherwise stated in the terms of use for a specific interactive feature on our website/app, the utilization of our platform to provide information to or place orders on behalf of third-party competitors is expressly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of automated dial-in or inquiry devices to gather information via any of our communication channels is strictly forbidden.

         

        Luggs2Go and its affiliated entities do not solicit or accept ideas, concepts, or techniques for new services or products through our website/app. Any such information received will not be treated as confidential, and we reserve the right to utilize, communicate, and exploit such information in any manner we deem appropriate.

         

        5. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyrights


        You acknowledge that this website and its various components are safeguarded by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected globally across all forms, media, and technologies, whether existing now or developed in the future. Furthermore, you recognize that the Content is the exclusive property of Luggs2Go or our licensors. By utilizing the website, you agree to adhere to all intellectual property laws and refrain from asserting any rights to or encumbering any interest in the Content. You are strictly prohibited from modifying, transmitting, engaging in the sale or transfer of, or creating derivative works based on any Content, whether in whole or in part. However, you are permitted to print a reasonable number of copies of the Content for personal use, provided that you retain any notices contained within the Content, such as copyright notices, trademark legends, or other proprietary rights notices.

          The trademarks, logos, and service marks visible on this website, including but not limited to the trademarks "Luggs2Go" and "luggs2go.com," are trademarks and service marks of Luggs2Go. Any other company, product, or service names and logos displayed on this website may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners, who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with us. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the trademarks and service marks displayed here without our prior written permission in each instance.

            7. Account and Password Security

              To access specific functionalities on the website or the provided services, you may be required to sign up and establish an account safeguarded by a password (referred to as “Your Account”). You acknowledge that your Account is for your personal use only and agree not to permit anyone else to use it. You are obliged to keep your password and Account details private and accept full responsibility for any actions taken under your Account and password. You commit to the following:

              1. promptly inform Luggs2Go about any unauthorized usage of your Account or password, or any security breach, and

              2. make sure to log out of your Account completely after each session (unless you prefer to keep your session active, in which case you will stay logged into your Account for a duration set by Luggs2Go; however, be aware that an open session may lead to a higher risk of unauthorized Account access). Additionally, you agree to refrain from using another person’s password on the website or trying to access other users’ accounts. Luggs2Go will not be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from your non-compliance with these terms. Luggs2Go retains the right (but is not obligated) to revoke your access to your Account at any moment, without prior notice, for any reason.

              3. User registration with Luggs2Go does not require ID proof initially; it can be uploaded at a later time or during registration. However, an order will only be picked up or delivered after verifying a valid ID proof.

               

              If an ID proof is uploaded, it must be a clear image or file. If user details do not match those provided in the registration form, a notification will be sent to the registered email address. The ID proof should clearly display the name, date of birth, and address. The address provided during registration does not necessarily have to match the address on the ID proof.

              1. By registering on the Luggs2Go website/app, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself as prompted by the login registration pages, and you commit to maintaining and promptly updating your online profile information to ensure its accuracy.

               

              1. Our services are accessible to customers from all countries arriving at the airport/city of service. You agree to register only for the services offered on the Luggs2Go website/app for the city/airport where your service order is based. Service availability is limited to specific airports and cities of service, as well as select PIN codes within the designated city or cities.

               

              1. When you register using the Luggs2Go website/app login registration, your mobile number will serve as the user ID. The password will be sent via OTP (One-Time Password) for enhanced security purposes upon every login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user ID, and you are accountable for all activities conducted under your account and user ID. You agree to (a) promptly inform us of any unauthorized use of your user ID, and (b) ensure that you log out of your website session at the conclusion of each visit.

               

              1. We may discontinue, suspend or modify the Website/App at any time without notice, and we may block, terminate or suspend your and any user's access to Website/App at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, even if access continues to be allowed to other

               

              8. Booking, Transit & Delivery

                The booking process becomes effective and binding upon your acceptance of these Terms and the dispatch of a confirmation email/SMS for the booking to the customer's provided email address or registered mobile number. English will be the exclusive medium of communication used for all emails/SMS notifications.

                 

                We retain the right to refuse acceptance of any booking, and if we exercise this right, we will send you an email notification accordingly.

                 

                Booking of luggage will have to be done 3-7days in advance to ensure timely delivery at the destination ( we will also have express service for timeline not matching above)

                 

                We have no intention of canceling your order once we have accepted your booking. However, there may be occasions when it becomes necessary, and we reserve the right to do so

                 

                We also have the right to choose mode of transit of your package depending on company policy & timing of order placed

                 

                The pickup will occur solely following the inspection of the package by our company personnel. This inspection includes the uploading of pictures taken before and after the package is packed in a tamper-evident bag, along with the signature of the location contact customer, all of which will be accessible in the respective customer account on our website/mobile app. Additionally, if the package is destined for the airport, binding security documents must be signed

                We do not receive packages that exceed the dimensions outlined in our "luggage scale and type guide for Airport & airway transfers," accessible on our website/mobile app. The maximum allowable units are clearly indicated during the booking process

                Slot time, location type and domestic address cannot be changed once order is confirmed.

                Delayed Baggage

                Baggage delays may result from factors beyond our control, including operational challenges, human error, or unforeseen circumstances related to Luggs2go Private Limited or associated entities. The status bar is an indicative tool and may not always be accurate. Minor delays due to the mentioned reasons should not be attributed to Luggs2go or its entities. If your luggage or order is not received, please contact customer care immediately to report the issue. A report will be filed, and a copy provided for follow-up actions, including initiating insurance claims independently. Any delays or issues resulting from technical malfunctions, application errors, or cyber incidents will be considered distress situations, and Luggs2go or its representatives will not be held liable. Reimbursements are contingent upon the submission and processing of insurance claims.

                Lost Baggage

                If your delayed baggage remains untraceable for 21 days from the date of the initial report, it may be considered lost. Compensation claims will follow the procedures outlined by the insurance taken out by Luggs2go for the order. Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider, and Luggs2go will provide all necessary insurance details under 'Manage Orders/My Trips.' Claims should include an itemized list of contents, descriptions, ages, and proof of purchase or ownership. The maximum compensation limits for domestic and international travelers are specified. Any delays or issues caused by technical malfunctions, application errors, or cyber incidents will be considered distress situations, and Luggs2go or its representatives will not be held liable. Reimbursements are subject to the terms, inspections, and processes of the insurance claim.

                Damaged Baggage

                If your baggage arrives damaged or pilfered, please immediately contact customer care and report it to the insurance provider using the details found under 'Manage Orders/My Trips.' Luggs2go takes all necessary precautions but does not have knowledge of the contents of the luggage, and therefore, cannot be held liable for damages. The insurance provider will independently assess the damage. Contact the insurance provider directly within 48 hours and follow their claims procedure. Luggs2go will not be involved in claims on behalf of either party. Images related to the order can be found under 'Manage Orders/My Trips.' Any delays or issues resulting from technical malfunctions, application errors, or cyber incidents will be considered distress situations, and Luggs2go or its representatives will not be held liable. Reimbursements are subject to the terms, inspections, and processes of the insurance claim.

                Luggage is designed to protect its contents, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pack appropriately. Normal handling during transportation may cause minor wear and tear, such as cuts, scratches, dents, or soil. Luggs2go is not responsible for such damages, including but not limited to:

                • Damage due to negligent/improper packing

                • Fragile or perishable items

                • Overpacked or oversized bags

                • Manufacturer defects

                • Broken or lost pull handles

                • Broken wheels, handles or straps

                Additional insurance can be purchased through Luggs2go for adequate coverage before travel.

                General Note on Delivery/Drop and Pickup

                Passengers are advised not to carry valuables such as jewelry, cash, negotiable papers, items of value and currency in their baggage using Luggs2go services. Luggs2go is not liable for loss or damage to fragile or perishable items, or items of significant value, including but not limited to money, jewelry, silverware, cameras, electronics, negotiable papers, securities, heirlooms, antiques, artifacts, art, irreplaceable books or publications, manuscripts, business documents, precious metals, and similar valuables or commercial items.

                Additional insurance can be purchased through Luggs2go for adequate coverage before travel.

                The maximum direct liability of Luggs2go is limited to the value of the order paid by the customer, employee, corporate house, or strategic alliance partner, minus taxes, for any damage, loss, or delayed delivery.

                Your Responsibilities:

                You agree to present a photographic ID when collecting your package from us at the designated drop location.

                You warrant that:

                • You have the authority to manage the package and its contents.

                • The package does not contain any prohibited items as defined.

                You release the carrier, Luggs2go Private Limited, and its representatives from any responsibility for knowing the contents of the package and indemnify the carrier for any charges beyond the transportation to and from the specified location and the airport.

                You acknowledge and agree that you will not pack, export, or import any items restricted under Indian law. Additionally:

                • You are not a citizen of any country deemed unfriendly or denied access by Indian authorities.

                • You are not listed as a Denied Party.

                • You are not designated as a Special Designated National or similar.

                • The contents of your package will not be used in the design, development, or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.

                Luggage Handling:

                Luggage is designed to protect its contents, and it is the responsibility of the customer or booking user to pack the contents appropriately. During normal handling and transportation, luggage may show evidence of use, such as minor cuts, scratches, dents, or soil. Luggs2go is not liable for such wear and tear or for any spillage of contents during transit.

                You may purchase additional insurance through Luggs2go to obtain adequate coverage from your insurance company prior to travel.

                Delivery/Drop and Pickup Note:

                Customers are advised not to include valuables such as jewelry, encashable articles, immediate medicine, important papers such as passports, negotiable papers, and currency in their baggage when using Luggs2go's services. Luggs2go is not liable for the loss, damage, or delay of fragile or perishable items or items of significant value, including but not limited to money, jewelry, silverware, cameras, electronics, negotiable papers, passports, securities, heirlooms, antiques, artifacts, art, irreplaceable books or publications, manuscripts, business documents, precious metals, and other similar valuables or commercial items.

                Security Arrangements:

                As part of our security procedures, your package will be fully packed in a tamper-evident bag after inspection.

                • Your package will be weighed and photographed at the location before pickup, with images available under 'Manage Orders/My Trips.'

                • Each package will be secured in separate, tamper-evident bags marked and barcoded for easy identification. Bags will be sealed to prevent any loss of contents. The tamper-evident bags may incur wear and tear during transit due to sharp items protruding from the luggage. Packages that cannot be packed in tamper-evident bags due to size or weight will be carried with customer consent.

                Fragile items are subject to personalized inspection. If the booking customer is absent at pickup, the inspection will occur with the location contact person. Fragile items will not be picked up if locked or unavailable for inspection. Additional bubble wrap will be applied after inspection before sealing in a tamper-resistant bag. These bags may incur wear and tear during transit.

                The maximum weight per package is 40 kilograms, except for fragile items. The maximum height is restricted to 32 inches.

                Tamper-evident bags will not be opened without your consent unless required by regulatory or governmental authorities or airport personnel.

                Insurance:

                Each package is insured up to Rs. 5000, which includes the exterior case. We facilitate the insurance purchase on our website/app. Insurance policy details are available under 'Manage Orders/My Trips.' Claims must be made directly to the insurance provider within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for any insurance-related matters.

                Additional insurance can be purchased, covering up to Rs. 5000 for each package, except fragile items, which are covered up to Rs. 10,000. Insurance for additional items added to an order will also apply. Insurance is non-refundable for cancellations or modifications.

                Insurance claims should follow the procedures listed for online and offline services. Documentation can be found under 'Manage Orders/My Trips,' barring technical or communication issues for which Luggs2go or its affiliates cannot be held liable.

                Insurance is a matter of solicitation. Please refer to policy terms and conditions for details.

                Prohibited and Excluded Items:

                Customers are strongly advised against packing valuable and fragile items in their checked luggage, cabin luggage, coats, jackets, and oversized luggage. Items not covered under insurance or liability include, but are not limited to:

                • Laptops and portable electronics

                • Items prone to damage during transit

                • Medication

                • Securities and negotiable papers

                • Passports and important documents

                • Silverware, precious metals, and stones

                • Money, jewelry, and other valuable items

                • Business, travel, and identification documents

                • Illegal substances or explosive items

                • Non-leak-proof items

                • Flammable items and liquids

                • Plastic parts of baby prams and strollers

                • Seats of wheelchairs/prams/strollers

                • Perishable items

                Tracking and Communication:

                Customers can track their orders using the consignment or order number provided on our website/app. Contact information for delivery personnel will also be available. All involved parties can access and view the booking status and receive notifications via app, SMS, or email.

                Email confirmation and invoices will be sent upon delivery, with SMS updates provided throughout the service. English will be the sole medium for communication. Information about Luggs2go representatives will be sent to the registered and alternative mobile numbers provided by the customer. Location contacts for pickup/drop will also receive SMS notifications.

                Additional Terms:

                By accessing and using tracking updates and Signature Proof of receipt/delivery, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set by Luggs2go Private Limited. You assume all risk for using these services, and Luggs2go disclaims all warranties or conditions of any nature.

                Unclaimed packages will be handed over to the relevant authorities beyond six hours of the user's inability to meet at the airport/city address or unavailability without rescheduling.

                Refusal or Rejection of Booking:

                Luggs2go reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if we suspect misuse of our services for commercial purposes by you or a third party.

                We may also refuse, hold, cancel, postpone, or return any booking/order if, in our opinion, it could cause damage or delay to other orders, goods, or persons, or if it is prohibited by law or violates any of these conditions. Acceptance of a booking/order does not imply that it complies with applicable laws and regulations or these terms and conditions.

                External events:

                Luggs2go shall not be liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

                • Failure to meet airport security requirements: If additional screening is required, the luggage/package will be immediately removed from the airport premises and handed over to the relevant authorities. Contact information for the passenger/customer/employees will be provided to these authorities.

                • Failure to meet surface transportation requirements: The luggage will be returned to the pickup address, with or without prior communication.

                • Failure to leave the order at the pickup address on time for delivery to the Airport Delivery Address: If the luggage/package is not picked up on time, it will be removed from the airport premises.

                • Failure to leave the Package at the airport/city on time for delivery to the Domestic Delivery Address.

                • Rejected delivery: This includes incorrect details or non-acceptance at the Domestic Delivery Address.

                • National or local disruptions: This includes ground, air, or water transport disruptions and natural calamities.

                • Actions by regulatory or governmental authorities.

                • Technical malfunctions: This includes issues with our application, interface, or technology due to hacking or viruses.
